anyway, the latest update.

I wasn't there so I don't know this for a fact.

My buddy was working on the car and he said that he double checked everything and lined everything up. The spark plugs were sparking. Time was set at the correct TDC. The whole nine yards. He said that he couldn't get it to start. He got some "pops" but not enough to be running.
I don't know if he actually got everything the way it needed to be or not.

We also realized that the gas has been sitting in the tank for a while. I'm wondering if that is the cause. I know it was 92 octane, a few months ago.... maybe last august.... ok so maybe it was more than a few months, more like 8. Would the gas just not be any good? and would it cause this issue?
