Why do you need a restrictor with a dash 3 line? Do you know how much pressure is getting to the turbo? If gonna put a restrictor upgrade to a -4 line. You might not get enough oil in there with a -3 and restrictor. Just my .02 cents.
thing is smoking its ass off and compression/leakdown was good, brand new valve guide seals, etc....
