now if you wouldnt jump the gun and just ask what i've decided on, you would know what the fuck imma do with it. since no one has asked, i spose i'll tell now.
It'll be rebuilt with some heavy porting done. true dual exhaust, air pump and emissions removed, a/c removed and a haltech e6k or an rtek. ignition will be upgraded accordingly and a nice shot of nitrous will be added and tuned for it. I am upgrading to the T2 drivetrain while i'm at it.
OO pretty numbers! those are nice and all but most of us can vouch for beating sr20det cars. Granted the modded onces by all rights should be faster but stock sr20det vs stock 13b. The 13b will win. Yeah the drive train sucks na, ive broken a drive shaft and tranny both N/A.
Now to actully help you out.
Try ordering your s5 stuff online. You can usually get a tranny,ecu,wiring harness and engine. Chances are all them are good minus the engine. Its either a hit or miss. but id still recommend a rebuild before you drop it in your car. ive seen them from 1500-2k for the full set up on ebay and other online stores. Check rx7club for the shops that sell everything. If your doing the swap you might as well do it with the best engine to start off with.
