from the complaints that I have read in this thread, that seems to be DCs problem. No one can expect an aftermarket shop to perform every request that comes in but its how you handle the buisness when things go wrong or when things go right. I am sure that if things were explained to the customer in a professional way that they arent able to complete the task presented then things would go over easily, but by the "just sue me then" cemments (weather true or not) is definatly not the way to go.
