I would watch out for those houses in Panther Trace. Most of them are built by very shoddy builders. We watched them go up. Personally we can't wait to get out of Riverview.
my house was built this year and i have pictures from the time it was a dirt lot until I moved in. I watched it go up everyweek so I know exactly how this one was built. No worries here
