i though it was just my lude that did that...it pops on and off when it wants too,i thought it was just a ground...
as for the bag noise i was thinkin that when my break booster died sounded like a plastic bag...then my breaks failed while i was pulling into heavy morning traffic..if ya dont know what your doing then take it to someone that knows..gl hope its nothing major
