plastic bag noise in engine bay..

ok well what do you do to fix it? just get another lil rubber thing or what? also anyone else have any idea to the plastic bag noise?? thanx for the help

sounds like th spark arching out of dizzy. Im sure its missing bad too. Cant be timing belt I think it would've jumped already.

this problem is the brake switch, its located at the top of the brake pedal
