JE or CP pistons, Scat or Motorsport crank, Scat, Motorsport, or Manley rods, and a good ring package. The rings will depend on what you want to do with the motor, just do not skimp on them it is not the place to try and save a few bucks. I would recommend Calico bearings, someone told me they are real good.

You should not have to notch the block unless you are looking to make some weird or big stroker out of it. This part I am not 100% sure on since I have never dove into the 351 blocks or stroker pieces.
