ok..for one stop with ur smart ass mouth..im arguin the fact that ls/vtec would still be a VERY reasonable way to go..its not goin to be unreliable..and its goin to produce a lot of hp...and its going to be a lot cheaper then a gsr/itr..if he goes the safest route on either motor..if he just wants a stock motor and boost..then yea go with gsr/itr...but if he plans to have a longer lasting motor..then a cheaper rebuilt ls bottom end and vtec head would be best imo..and rebuilt doesnt mean he doesnt have to use oem parts..as long as he uses a set of arp rod bolts..the motor shouldnt fail any sooner then any other motor..and id like to see a dyno of a gsr and ls/vtec with same comp ratio and turbo at the same psi..to see which is honestly better?...

ok we can do that GSR turbo VS LSVTEC turbo Same PSI Ill run a much larger CFM turbo on the GSR cause it will be able to hold it VS the LS VTEC, for reliability ease of build and less headache a GSR turbo will out perform a LSVTEC turbo all day long ! Why waste the time and effort to make an LS VTEC when you can get a GSR for the same price youd spend after all the upgrades for the LS ? The only reason i told hinm not to is for Money and experience which he probably lacks both of. Nopt many guys on here know how to build a reliable engine, thast why you see 90% of the look atr my LSVTEC thread ending in well it blew up today or I have a nasty rod knock. Go reread what i wrote and comprehend this time.
