Ferrea Stainless Steel .5mm over sized valves. A nice set of dual valve springs Skunk2, crower....As for cams, I dont know who makes a good boost cam for the H22/23. Also for the best I'd go with Crower Rods, CP Pistons, OEM ignition and a nice 6 puck sprung clutch and that should cover a few of the big things.
