Ferrea Stainless Steel .5mm over sized valves. A nice set of dual valve springs Skunk2, crower....As for cams, I dont know who makes a good boost cam for the H22/23. Also for the best I'd go with Crower Rods, CP Pistons, OEM ignition and a nice 6 puck sprung clutch and that should cover a few of the big things. ok i decided im gonna just save my money and just get together like 3k and then have my engine built up..but who in the area can do this and do this good?? im in the bradenton/sarasota area. anyone know?
