Im not in the market for a junkyard motor , i thought that maybee some Member that isnt a junk yard may have one.

 

good luck finding one that isnt from a junk yard. youd be better off searching craigslist for a ls/gs/sc400 thats totalled for parts. if its a 93-94 ls400 lmk as i need some non engine parts from it.

 

I dont get it, is there a junkyard on TR? Im posting to TR not a junkyard. Im looking for one for a 1990 ls400 so the GS is out of the question. The SC is rear sump. Im glad that you want to give me some advice but its no better than Dr. Phil s at this point.

 

i just pulled one out of a spare ls400 i had. i drove it 10 miles home. new waterpump and powersteering res. i was going to put it into a 240 but i think im just going to make my other ls a 5 spd.
