im guessing it would fit but no doubt you would have to do some sort of custom work and since welding to ceramic coated stuff i hear isnt possible or they dont like doing it maybe u might have a hard time. its got a nice tuned sound above 4k and i could feel a little mid and top end power. my car is still slow with the intake and exhaust also but im running too big of a catback pipe size diameter and the low end isnt bad but i wish had more cuz of the slushbox auto.
i dunno about mr2pp never ordered from them. but i will get my cams from there if i ever decide to see whether theyre worth the $ (600+ 200 core---so im thinking regrinds?)
my header was 385 and i got it from NOPI. they sell them elsewhere usually for similar prices and im sure shops could order it for you too. just watch out NOPI never sent me any bolts OR gaskets so i had to go to toyota for the cat donut and manifold gasket and then had to contact bosal directly for the guy to send me free bolts and the other 2 gaskets that are needed.

also i believe mark said on the mr2 pages he wouldnt be able to attend but there is an mr2 meeting at the wide world of sports complex in disney over in orlando this friday im going to try and make it. if not griff see if u can meet up with us at the tamparacing spot on saturday night and we can talk and discuss this stuff alot easier. and you can take a look at my car and see whether u think that header would fit.

Hey camryDAN.....thanks 4 more info about your header....i was tlaking to a friend today whos a mechanic in the army...and he said that i could probably make that header you have (brosal) work if i hacked up the steal plentum that comes with the header. He says it bolts up to the ceramic header and the other side bolts up to the cat....and I could possibly shorten the plentum down to a tiny little piece to be used as a connector for the header and the cat...and have a custom short pipe from the cat. to an aftermarket muffler. What do you think about that idea??
----OH and about disney....ill be in one of two places on friday..either in daytona untill sunday or at home and going to race wars in brandenton in the morning then driving to daytona beach sat. nite untill sunday. Ive heard daytona isnt too far form orlando is it?

daytona is like an hour from orlando if ur already through orlando. from lakeland it takes me a good 2-2.5 hours to get there.
bah who needs sleep? im going to the mr2 meet AND race warz...except i wont be at race warz til like 3pm when the actual racing starts or something. i hear the morning is just test & tune rice shows and slut contests!

CamryDAN...hmmm...well how long do you think it would take to get from race warz in bradenton to daytona? i might jsut wait to go to daytona till after race warz......hope to see u there though....my car will be the red MR2 with 17 konig monsoons...JDM clear corners and a big blue G on the back window...(car club)......but what do you think about that idea to make that brosal header work with a custom exhaust for my car?

i will be there in the blue camry with white rims. ill probably be the only camry there and definately the only one modded AND for sale.

camryDAN....yea ive seen ramis site before..thats where i got the idea to do all that engine work....but the difference is that hes got headers and exhaust.....and ingnition.....i dont. So im thinking thats the reason mine isnt anywhere near a stock MR2 turbo right now... (unless this shop did a shitty job)

ignition isnt much maybe some new plugs and wires perhaps. i dunno if people really need these big expensive boxes and msd shit unless theyre running boost or very high compression/hp levels.
headers will most definately help the breathing of the cams and etc. intake header and exhaust usually dont add much horsepower but if u have those 3 the internal/headwork will show more gains

Believe it or not ignition is a weak point in the n/a. The Jacobs Ignition Ice Pak System was tested to gain 15hp at the wheels on a stock 91 non-turbo. This system incorperates a high performance coil 8.5mm ignition wires and a spark control unit. This thing sells for nearly 400 bucks but it tunes your ignition spark on each fire it optimises performance like mad! Also when it comes to the headers Hot Shot makes the best ones you get the headers along with the b-pipe. The whole system is mandrel bent 2.5 pipe. These are my suggestions. If I was still n/a I would have gotten this stuff/. The Hotshot headers will save you a little on a cost to make an exhaust cause you wont have to pay to have the b-pipe made. You will only basically need a muffler and tip to complete the system. As far as mufflers go the Apexi universal 2.5 Muffler is prolly the best but it is also the loudest. The sound is smooth though not like a lawnmower. I have seen the headers in person and they are a beautiful peice. There is a guy in Orlando that may still have a set available. He is selling them for less than $450 and he will install them I think this is his email address: steven_g_roper@hotmail.com. If he still has em I suggest you hop on them.
