if you're seriously considering this man, then email CXR and ask for detailed pics on the inside... 9 out of 10 have REALLY bad casting, not too too sure about CXR stuff tho...

i had a SR FReddy mani, and the interior casting was SO bad, that there was even bits and pieces of the casting material falling out of the runners and TB inlet... god forbid i actually used it... nothing like sucking BB sized bits of aluminum in my head and block...

even still, if you DID order it, you can always have it honed, and polished, and port matched on in the inside, and come out several hundred dollars less than a GReddy unit, with higher flow and performance...

i think when clawhammer refinished his S14 SE wheels on his hatch, the paint had a bit of extra metallic flake IIRC... it was a subtle touch that actually looked really good up close. not sure what paint he used, but it def wasn't the OE silver color... looked good.
