That exhaust housing wont work with S13 T25 as you suggest.

then i should edit it... i guess i thought that since it was UBER small, it would work on a 25... being little turbos and all...

Its not the size of it, ball bearing use a different housing that matches up with the center section, if you look the S14/15 BB and other garrett T28's use a 6 bolt pattern for the exhaust housing, the journal bearing T25's use 4 bolt, they wont interchange as the opening to fit onto the center section is different.
