Who said all mufflers sound the same ? Thats like asking why are there so many diffrent clothing companys that all make shirts, they are all made out of cotton/polyester but have different graphics/colors to make them different, in the end your still wearing a shirt no matter the company....There are so many companys because it's a market, people make money, so in order to stand out they have to do somthing diffrent, mostly cosmetic. I understand where your coming from however, but you can buy cheap stuff and do stuff "cheaply" and still have it just as reliable/effective. For instance adjustable control arms/RUCAs/LCAs/ Tension rods/ etc, can you honestly tell me that these Kazama XKAA0701 Rear Upper Control Arms (Rear Camber) S13 look $215.00 better then these? Megan Racing Camber Rear Upper Control Arm 1989-1994 Nissan 240SX S13 if anything the megans look thicker..... Same concept diffrent name/color.

Summary, there are some things you dont have to buy the best shit for, for it to preform/last the same. All stainless weighs the same (if it's the same size/thickness), yes there are better steels out there but im sure Fuji uses the same shit i do and prolly pays less for it, so why the price jack? Name. Im not trying to be a dick, just save you guys money

Put it on eBay. A used Greddy/Trust DD exhaust just sold on there for almost $700 last week. There's people out there willing to pay high dollar for brand name stuff. They're just not on TR.

 

the only other thing I can say is, the buyer for this exhaust will know it. If you are the one saying cheap out, obviously you would never buy it, so why post? The buyer will be fully aware of the other options out there but he/she will appreciate the Fujitsubo name and everything that comes with it (whatever that may be). By trying to point out the cheaper options you are being a dick because if there was an unaware buyer and found that out, he may have lost a sale. Not to mention insulting the guy for wanting brand name shit. Buy it, help sell it, or stfu.

oh, and cheaping out on suspension pieces is dumb, I learned the hard way. 3 weeks and claiming warranty for a bent toe arm on a car thats sole purpose is to be a daily grind and try and look purty. fuck that. So although they look identical, you don't get the same performance/quality. So if thats the analogy you want to go with, thank you.

YOU came in calling people cheap ass fanboys because they dont want to pay for overpriced items when another item will preform just as good, but I guess it's a peice of shit because it's not "popular/hey look at me" stuff right .
