I'm not to worried about my "karma". I am not out to rip anyone off. I told you where the engine came from, GSRCorey, and that I had never ran it but several people said it ran great. I was COMPLETELY honest with you about the sale. You knew it was used and that I hadnt ran it. Like I told you when you bought it, Corey was the last person to see that engine run and I took his word for it.

I understand that this situation sucks but don't make me out to be some crook when you know that I never ran that engine myself.

Nobody offers a warranty on anything on here. Even the big name engine importers only offer a 30 day start-up warranty and IT'S BEEN THREE MONTHS!!

With that said, pull the engine, bring it to me and I'll check the crank, machine it if necessary and replace the bearings.

 

yeah its been 3 months,i did the swap at my school which i only got to work on it like 4 hours a week,it took awhile to fix all the other shit that was wrong with it too. (stripped oil turbo feed on block, broken off bolt it the upper oilpan,theres a broken bolt for the coilpack,ps pump pully was on backwards,had to block off the coolant feed/return for the turbo, some other small shit) that i just took my time with.ill pm you though.

 

I'm sorry to hear about those problems. I had no way of knowing about any of that. Like I said, the engine was EXACTLY the way I got it from Corey. Hell, it was still sitting on HIS engine stand when you picked it up. I never touched a single bolt on that engine and I told you that.

I'm not sure what's going to come of this but I really want to get one point across to everyone that's reading this:

I bought this engine from someone else, I never ran it, and I made this very clear before I sold it.

It's unfortunate, but it's not my responsibility, especially three months later. I'll still do what I can to help out with it. I already lost over $1000 on this engine and I'm willing to lose a little more to help out with it.

 

not your responsability...actually now that u said ull fix it...it kinda is ure responsability...for those 3 months it was on an engine stand. but at least u said u would fix it. thats a relief. so i hope u stick to your word, cuz thats kinda fucked up knowing or not. thats 2k he got fucked out of. thats not like buying a "ready to live in" house w/ nothing in it but a broken bed. idk its not even my problem but it still gets me pissed off cuz he's my frined. sorry if im coming off a bit harsh, but this is a serious situation. hope everything works out, and karma is a bitch. im not saying your a liar so dont take it that way but isnt it kinda hard not to ask the seller why he is selling his sr w/ such a nice set-up? idk sound like we got a rabbit on the loose. 8 mile style
