So my driver side window won't roll up anymore (manual windows) and I had this problem with my pass. side recently. Does anyone have a crank regulator for my 240? I'm not 100% sure thats what it is or called but I am slightly familiar. Thanks!

Manual windows don't have electrical components, thus it won't have a regulator
Or are you refering to the "channel" that the windows run on?
I never heard anyone having window problems on a manual roll-up besides having parts loose or broken, or fallen out of place.

 

Well i wasnt sure what it was called exactly. thats what my ex told me it was. the problem is the cable gets tangled and it wont roll up now. i need a whole new part for the window. i wanted to know if someone on here had a parts 240 i can get it from before i got ripped off at LKQ.

 

actually there is a regulator on this car and yes angela thats what you need. i work in the parts department at toyota and i order manuel regulators all day long. good luck wish i could help you. contact eric "speedbumpsftl"on here. he has a parts car.

 

yeah it's more or less like a pulley and some strings i think. shouldn't be too hard to replace, and i wouldn't even expect a junkyard to try and charge much for it, unless you were trying to buy the whole door hehe.

i replaced part of one on my brother's old s13. it's kinda a pain if you haven't done it, but most of it is just getting your hands in there. let me know if you need helps.

 

i got one from a junk yard for my old s13 for 40 bucks with glass

 

theres a few s13's at lkq, and big three.
cant remember if theyre manual window or not though.
