The reason I am putting this up is because I believe -jb- stole something from Driven Concepts. I believe the community needs to see this and have an understanding that all shops are getting hit by thieves recently. And that people of the local community should help keep a look out. I am not calling -jb- a thief, but he is trying to steal and not return a brand new convertible top, that costs NOT $350, rather $700. The top he has is NOT an eBay top, rather a quality top.

Ive easily spent more then 2,500 on the car without including the price i bought it for, i did have an SR in it before but now i put it into my S14, so the shells got to go.

In short, as you know, this vehicle was 'technically' sold to Jesse before you brought the vehicle to Driven Concepts to get the work done. You had spoken to Jesse for at least 3~4 weeks before the car even got to my shop and you have been under the impression that it was sold.

From your conversation with Cody, you claimed that you purchased the top a week before you dropped the car off here at Driven Concepts. Now, my question is why would you purchase a $350 convertible top when the deal did NOT include a new top? The logic don’t make sense. In any event, I need for you to show me the actual invoice that you promised me today from your purchase. Also, the SR20 conversion harness that you have in your convertible also belongs to us, if you remember; we ‘traded’ your s13 sr harness for our s14 sr harness.

I hope you are able to clear this up with us. Should not be that hard to link us or do a ‘print screen’ from your Paypal account.

So, since I knew when the truth is presented that the thread might just so happen to get deleted. So....I saved the whole thread right after I posted. Sure enough, minutes after, the thread was deleted by -jb-.

Notice, the above sentence was 'copy and paste' from your original thread (which I also saved, before it was deleted), is missing the ':' after 'Title', and I am SURE that Paypal are pretty good with their grammer. So....simply, I think when you 'altered' the e-mail, you deleted a little more then you had too.

Anyways, it's funny how the listing title for the auction you listed (in which you did NOT purchase from) is almost the same as that in your confirmation e-mail from Paypal.

'Nissan 240sx top 91-94' = your confirmation from Paypal

'Nissan 240 SX convertible top 91 92 93 94' = current eBay auction



In any event, it's just funny how 2 different sellers are selling the same exact product, with the same exact price, etc............
