Ok.. To be completely honest this is exactly what happened. I did purchase a top a little while before i traded the car And I intended on putting it on my vert but then my close friend wanted it so i kept it. When i sold the vert to jesse. My friend never came through so i kept it at the house. Then after paying 2000 down for my s14, i found out jesse backed out of purchasing the car. So then cody, Tom and I all went to the back and put my hood back on and I got it towed home. Once getting it home I wasnt sure if i wanted to sell it just yet. But soon after I found out how much my S14 bill was goin to be i thought shit im gonna have to sell the vert, but i didnt want to put it on tr right away b.c of lowballers, so i tried to sell it to my buddy so i held it for him, then when the time came i went to go pick up my s14 from driven and take it to xat b.c it wasnt running right yet, Ian politly asked me if Ive seen his top, that it might be in my engine bay or trunk, but indeed it was not there, i told him i would double check, i did, i even triple checked with cody on the phone, when i was going to put my Vert shell up for sale I knew that there would be a problem b/c i was goin to be selling a New top with it, The problem was that I no longer had the receipt to the top, the truth is i never want to be known as a thief because i have no reason to steal, i put that bogus ebay/paypal stuff up on TR to make you guys happy b/c i simply could not find the real receipt, and i kno you guys werent goin to beleive me if i just said i didnt have the receipt and that I couldnt find it, and as far as the harness; i was led to believe thru Ian that When I bought the S14 shell that i was getting the harness as well in that price, I mean I even happily paid 4,400 dollars for my S14 that wasnt even finished, AND had to take it to xat then pay another 300 to finally get it running, not only that but Why on earth would i steal the top when half of my stuff you guys still have, my greddy turbo timer, my greddy profec b boost controller, and untill my car cought on fire for unknown reasons you guys would still have to put the sensors and charge my a/c, If i was stealing from you guys wouldnt it have been more logical to do so when my car was finished and out of your shop so that I would never have to confront you again, I mean i dont understand ive been pretty patient under the circumstances with you guys, and even with all the mishalfs ive had with the car, there was never any real problem in which i created, Im not even goin to overreact and try to take you guys to court, because although I beleive otherwise, the fire might have been started by somethin else other then the (under my understanding) simple fact that i had no kind of heat guard or wrap on my hot setup, im actually goin to try my best and put my fried tomatoe together (my S14). Because I have no dollar left in me, haha, Sorry for the confusion and the misled info. with the whole paypal thing, i just didnt want to be seen as a theif because thats not what i am, and as far as the Vert goes I sold it earlier today, Im sorry for the inconvenience to all of you and for misleading you like that, I just didnt see any other way to where you guys would beleive me, I mean damn, you guys narrowed it down to me pretty fast maybe you should look elsewhere with this problem because I can do no more, that is the truth and theres nothing else to say, sorry
