you linked to a three rotor. turbo is way to big for a 13b. unless you like 8000rpm turbo lag

 

A bar of boost at 3800 is more realistic. At least on my setup, but my 13bt is not a normal 13bt.

Now on a stock 13bt it might spool at 8k lol
