oh ok cool thanks so there adjustest right then ...so what ou think it could be forsure ? bent valves or carbon build up ?

well if you heard air rushing through the intake then you obviously have a leak through the intake valves,if your valves are not super tight and have zero lash,something is stuck in the seat or they are bent or just burned,overly tight valves can burn exhaust valves up as well,take the head off and lap the valves if they are not bent and see whats going on with the valve job and how high or low they sit on seating points,"lapping" them may just solve your valve sealing issue,and also solves the possible HG leak concearn,but there are ways to determine if it's HG leakage,and this does not sound HG related in my opinion just hearing what you have said,but who's to say it's not an issue from both the head and the bottom end,you may fix the valve issue and still have low compression,better,but still not nominal.
