Default Need Help - Questions on comp speakers

Right now I have Diamond & JL Audio in my car. I'm getting a new car and looking to get something different even though I was very happy with Diamond & JL. I'm not keeping those speakers though. I have been out of the audio game for 3 years so I'm not sure what is good right now. Looking to spend between 2-3 on 1 set. Also I mainly listen to rap. Please help.

Thats a pretty broad question, and everyones opinion is subjective. Drive around to some shops and listen to what sounds good to you.

Why would you not keep the speakers if you're happy with them?

I would also ask why you would want to change something you are happy with? Diamond makes very nice sounding speakers, and JL makes excellent equipment also.

Hey im a mobile electronics installer of 11yrs, JL Audio are still good, Diamond are ok, Canton are great but expensive, for youre budget i would go with JL Audio TR Or XR, or alpine Type R or X, let me know if you need them installed i would also recommend dynamat extreme for the doors it makes a huge difference!!

I have a brand new set of Hertz HSK that I'm selling for $300. Google them, I love my other set.
