FS: S2000 Tranny & VAFC2

I have a 2002 S2000 tranny with approx. 42,xxx miles on it. I bought it as a back up when I used to have my S2000. I now no longer need this and it is collecting dust. Tranny is sold AS IS. I have a price in my head, but throw me an offer.

I also have a Apexi VAFC-2 black with stand, but no instructions. Give me an offer. SOLD!
