...HELP!!!!!! I Need the Spring that attaches to the stock Coil/Cap on a B-series motor ...HELP!!!!!!

I was doing a Tune-up and somehow lost the spring that attaches to the coil, I need a New One ASAP, Can't get the car started.

Buy a dizzy from Pepboys, take the spring, then take it back stating you got the wrong dizzy

 

^^^thats a good idea. or you can use a spring from a pen. just cut it to fit. it will last a while till you can get the right one.

 

Ahhh, Great Minds think alike!
I came up with the Pen spring Idea about 9:30 this morning right after I got off the phone with Kris.
It works great and fit like it was meant to be.
Looks Identical to the spring that is in my Si's Coil, Same Diameter and almost looks stronger

Or you could have just went out and got the cap, since the spring it part of the cap and not the whole dizzy

 

Wrong.
The spring only comes with the Coil, Not the cap.
Spring's In, Civic's Running, All Is well.
