200 shot to go 7.0's!?!? were you on like 215's?

 

3890 lbs on nittos . how fast is that rx7 and how heavy is it??? (you guys were jizzing over that turbo 5.4 cobra going 7.3 not too long ago)

 

you can do a clutch 400 those have to feel weird to drive i guess u only use the clutch once on take off

my RX7 is just dandy. and its slow. and its fat.

there is no way in hell you need a 200 shot, even with the extra 300lbs, to go 7.0's if your launching well. people are going 6.90's with converters/tire and 50shots on a stock head, cammed, bolt on LS1. 6spd guys are damn near doing the same.

 

i have only seen a couple six speed cars go 6s plus i'm not a big track goer it was the only pass the car has made on that setup , i dont think its terrible but if u do thats cool, and u gotta know theres alot of people that just pick a low number to make a conversation cool, i know al's (hybridss)car went 6s on a six speed and that was far from an heads and cam car

 

al went 6.40's on an LQ4 heads/cam on a ~200 shot if i recall correctly. im not sure what your trying to say it was far from being. it was a 6L block, which isnt going to make a very significant difference in performance.

 

that wasnt just a lq4 it was an agustino racing lq4 and i would bet it was bigger than 364 (at least 40 and at least a 300 shot that was a nasty car, my shit idled like a stock ls1 just a port job forged internals and a 200 shot and i was only 1/2 a second slower , i dont think is that bad
