if i sent someone money through paypal how long does it usually take before the money shows up in there bank account? just payed for my new jacket, just gotta wait for it to show up in the bank so i can pick it up.. so im curious..

if you pay with your checking account or a credit card the seller should instantly see the money in his/her paypal account. if you paid with an e-check then the payment has to clear before the seller sees the money in his/her paypal account. e-checks can take up to 10 days to clear.

 

yah i used a credit card and used there email addy to send it to em.. i dunno if it showed up right away.. i thought it was supposed to also when you use it that way.. but i wasnt sure..

 

with a CC yes it does, you should have also gotten a confirmation email from paypal saying that your payment has been sent. When you get that email, and you pay by cc or your debit card, then the person who you sent it to has the funds available instantly.

If they decide to transfer it to thier bank account to pull out the cash, then thats another 3-5 business days for it to show up in thier bank.

Thats why I love the paypal debit card
