Default 2004 Acrura RSX typeS: Custom Proven Power Sidewinder turbo kit
A friend of mine asked if we could help him out with putting together a simple turbo setup to up the power on his RSX. You know we always reccomend turbo

We will fabricate the manifold, downpipe, dumptube, charge pipe, batt relocation/misc wiring all in house

Parts we're working with !
V band in/out Precision 6262 .82ar
Tial 44mm wastegate
Hks ssqv blow off valve
Proven Power sidewinder
Proven Power downpipe/exhaust
Proven Power charge piping
Treadstone intercooler
1000cc precision injectors



Heres how the car arrived... stock



We had to start by removing the Kidd racing header.. which may be for sale



Then we started with fabricating a 4-1 collector from straight pipe



After some welding that got us to this point ...



Some quick weld pics:





making our way to the collector



After taking some measurements we tacked some things together..




Checked fitment and then finish welded everything







Then moved onto the 2nd runner



We then installed everything and took a step back and took a look at where were headed !

Yea right we had to do clutch on a NSX today... I expected the shipment today but didnt come in so we should be restocked on mon w manifold building material

I'll have more then enough for another sidewinder !!! Hint hint lol
