Better late then never right
This is what we consider "Built not Bought"
So i continued with runner 3 ...
then reinstalled to verify fitment was flawless !
Then started tacking the 4th and final runner !!!!!
... then final welded the entire manifold
Then installed the mani to confirm clearence and decide on wastegate position.
Thanks for looking !

Thanks for all the comments !
I made some more progress on the RSX today ! I decided on wastegate positioning and made marks to cut an opening for exhaust to flow. Then i welded an elbow with flange for the 44mm Tial.
After that we have our final manifold with 44mm vband and .82ar vband
Then i installed the gate
reinstalled mani
We decided to tackle building the oil feed and drain lines while the mani was cooling off
drain line with -10an fittings
I welded a -10an fitting a few months ago in the oil pan with plans of positive pressure
Then installed the drain lines. We plan to sleeve the drain for heat protection against the downpipe.
We used a Golden Eagle oil sandwich adapter for oil feeding to the turbo. We routed our feed line through the valve cover for a cleaner install.
I also was able to start the downpipe today...
How quickly the engine bay fills up with tubing !
shift cable clearence
After tacking some more bends together we get something that looks like a downpipe ..
Then i tig welded everything...
more updates soon !
