i think i have enough going on now to start my own project thread so

going to be replaceing all the gaskets, rod and main bearings in a few days. and if by luck theres any money left over for paint i will be painting it to.
BE HAPPY FOR ME THIS IS MY FIRST MAJOR PROJECT!!!

painting the motor not the car. after i do the motor im taking the stang to another friend of mine and see how much the body work is gonna coast. if it's something i can handle then i'll start saving up for it. then i just found out tonight that another buddy of mine is trying to get into body paint and all and said he would resand, primer and a decent paint job for free just to try and help get his name out there. and yet again jeff has another idea stuck in my head about paint. now im wanting to paint the stang like the old state trooper fox body they use to have back in the day.

any thoughts on if i was to put my carb'd 5.0 in an sn95? i like how they look inside and out and a little better susspension set up to start with. of course it wont be right away but something for me to plan for later on down the road.

seeing that i already have a broken 1/4 window should i just replace the how thing with ?plexy? glass on both sides? like how the drag cars are set up with everything ribeted in.

Don't replace it with plexiglass....Use the right parts man. On the SN-95 thing...It is possible to do it, but make sure that the roller you use HAD a V-8 in it already before...or it'll cost you more money than it's worth. You'll have to change a few things over in order for the gauges to work and a few other things also....But it is definatly possible.
the sn95 car you can just swap in your k-member i was going to put my motor in a 98 coupe but i just never got around to it so i sold the body and i need to go to the junk yard soon do you want me to see if there are any coupe windows you need the drivers side right you car can be nice with a lil work you can always do what i did and do the sn95 dash swap.When i get the coup running again im going to do the sn95 door panel swap at work and then do the custom trunk and rear seat area its not that hard
