Default 99 civic ex coupe build and questions help!

so my dad said i can swap the motor on his car that i wil be getting soon.(99 civic ex coupe). im buying a poormnas type r motor and selling the d16y8 and tranny from whats in the car...the engine is full the car is like brand new on time on all oil changes and so on.so can you guys tell me what i can re-use from the d-series to the b-series besides the motor and tranny...its also going from auto matic to stick shift...your help and opinions would be helpful thanks will get pics up later...the car has d16y8 automatic right now with 88k miles cold af ac,want to keep ac and ps in the new swap also...

cant use anything from a b to a d allso how much u want for the block

my brother had found some guy to buy the motor and tranny for 600 ill get back to you if he dont come through.and thanks
