You could do a stock rebuild, throw a 50 shot on it, and be at your goal. As for the head choice, It doesnt really matter, both are way better than an LS head.

A little over 230 whp out of a b series. To make it the easiest for you, start with an ITR head and a B20 block. Do some research on honda-tech.com bro. It will help your life. Good luck dude. I have an ls/v build that will see 220-230 whp, check it.

For header I suggest the Skunk2 Alpha series header, $360 shipped for a name brand , dyno proven header sounds pretty good to me. As for TB, honda-tech holds a special on Omni Power throttle bodies either 68 or 70 mm for $100 shipped to your doorstep. As for intake shoot for a 2.5" or possibly 3", and the cam gears from any aftermarket company will suffice, they show up lightly used on here all the time. Good luck you too!

Thanks man, yea the header is the only one that I was having a hard time deciding on i got buddy club 3+ cams (didnt know if a 4-2-1 would suit me better w/ those cams or a 4-1 would be just as good) .. Im trying to get this build done with so i can actually drive it after waiting for a year already! lol..so don't know if I will have the $360 for that alpha header now, maybe a bit later on.. i did see it on ure thread though, looks sick!.. thanks for the tips, def will check out the omni TB..
