Default twin turbo question

ok i was thinking of this yesterday can you have a single manifold going to one turbo and use the exhaust from one turbo to power the other?

what if you put 4 turbos on a car like a t25 then a t3 super 60 then a 35r and then for that top end shit like a small 42R ??? i always wondered what would happen if you did that.... there would be like no lag at all !!!
