Do it if you must, just don't expect it to be fast. I'd do whatever you have to do to keep that car as a daily driver and get a project car- sure, it's more expensive, but isn't it worse to have an unreliable daily driver? Believe me, it sucks. I know you won't listen to me, but at least I can say I tried.

To GsEclipse 02 - you should look into selling your car and getting a gst or gsx seriously and insurance is not that much higher just go under your parents policy I am 18 and have a TSI AWD insurance almost full coverage is $230 and that's w/o being on my parents policy...so it's not that bad...or just go for a 1g awd I know they don't probably look as good to you, but trust me they're just as much fun. But if you really want something for now, just go with the turbo kit I guess, It'll come out more expensive than selling your car and buying a dsm, especially if you'd want to do further upgrades later.

To 95Ride: I'd rather him go to dsm meets even if he had the car he has now n/a than to let you go with your pos gst..."you bought it and you have no money for maintenence, and barely enough for gas" just quoting you from another thread. And yet again you attack someone else's car yet you have euro's and big ass rims on your's as well ? I think you're the one that'd be the ricer @ any dsm meet...

Good luck any way you choose though GsEclipse02
