Volvo Intercooler

ANY ONE EVER RUN ONE ,THERE 17IN TALL 2.5 THICK 29IN WIDE ON TOP, 23IN ON THE BOTTOM ANY INPUT ABOUT THEM WOULD HELP THANKS

i just see alot of people usen them on the turbo ford mustange, and never hears any things else about them.

They are impressive in size, but the core is very thin, plus they have plastic end tanks that will blow up under high boost. They are pretty over rated. If I were you, I'd try to get an Isuzu NPR intercooler as they are much better.

The NPR unit is far superior to the volvo.

Powerstroke coolers are just really big.
The Evo 8 cooler seems to be pretty decent.

Define high boost.
it must be more than 22PSI, I'll show you a guy in a '89 740 running with 22PSI stock intercooler, nothing has gone sour with it.

mine has held up just fine, if anything its Volvo's radiators that are shit.
