Heres my setup. I have an LS. Stock short block, turbo head gasket, built ls head fully ported & polished, stage 2 cams, and dsm 450 injectors. My turbo kit consist of a Garrett T3/T4 62-1 with P-trim wheel thats been clipped, Tial 40mm wastegate, Tial 50mm BOV. My fuel managment right now is an SAFC and 450cc along with the AVC-R that I havnt installed yet. I was wondering how much boost I could run on these injectors, and also what do you think is the most I can put down on the stock bottm end? I am only running 5psi right now and it spins quit a bit when I throw third so I know this car has potential, I just wanna know how much the stock bottom end can take.

P.S. I am building my other short block now so I really dont care much for this one

 

Isn't 14 psi on a stock LS bottom end a little extreme?

 

Are you saying that the injectors will only let me go up to 250? I still have the AVC-R, helix throttle body spacer, STR manifold, JE 9.0:1's and some eagle H bheams sittin in my garage waiting to get put on.

Cronic: Yes I know my turbo is a bit large. I was suprised when I got it. It has a Turbonetics intake side and a Garrett exhaust side. He said the way the turbo is setup, it can make 650hp. At least I wont have to upgrade my turbo anytime soon. And yes, as soon as I get everything put on I will bring it down there to get tuned. My goal is to be the first person around here to hit or get damn close to 11's on a bone stock bottom end.

 

I think he ment the stock bottom end. Your injectors should support more than that.

The guy I bought it from had it on an B16 and was making 428hp @ the wheels. I will try to find his dyno sheet. He's doing a GSR now thats stroked out to an 2.2 or 2.3 (not sure) fully built with a T72, and no Im not talking about cheesefrog.
