Default Supercharger Question

Will the Jackson Racing SC (989-500) from a 96 Integra GSR fit on a 2000 Integra GSR? Just asking cause I'm trying to help a friend out and we downloaded the directions and they say for 94-99, I know the differents is that the 2000 is an OBD2b but will that matter? It's being switched to a P28 (obd1) chipped with Hondata stage 2?

Thanks for the help.

Part 989-500 is good for 94-01 you will need a different adapter harness to make the p28 hook up...
