I know of a truck (awaiting transmission) in brandon with a pte62 that is already running an aquamist pump & FAST.

Theres a transplanted motor in a 'vehicle' in orlando with a pte6x? turbo as well.

a 6x series & FAST in a ty in orlando, however I'm not sure how interested he is.

Also may have a sy in orlando with a 52 that is potentally looking to run on stock injectors with alky.

I would love to toy with this idea, as I am serious about making all that I can out of my truck. I have a 2001 Nissan Frontier with a turbocharged KA24DE. I opted for a streetable T3/T04E Super 50 trim, and liquid to air intercooler, as I want this to be a weekend track warrior running on the highest available pump gas octane. My entire system is basically a 240SX, just fit with a truck body (If you will). I have TONS of room under my hood, and plan to finalize tuning using dyno/data logging, and LOTS of experimentation. It may not be the ultimate proponent for this system, but I think it is a good one, all the same. I intend to run high boost (23-28 psi), but am stuck running lower than that until I finish fuel system mods. I have tried talking my brother, Greg, ('91 Syclone in Brandon) into using alky injection, but he doesn't see a need for it. He is running stock boost (so he has a point), but he's also building up another 4.3 to trade out. I'm supplying him with a turbo upgrade from Turbonetics that supports 400 hp, so come that time, I may talk him into it.

no space in a civic engine bay how about just putting a plastic fuel safe fuel cell in the trunk/hatch so the alky will stay cool from no engine heat. use a big holley pump to get it to the motor.

 

is that $400 price for cars you get to test on or is that what you sell a system for. i would be intrested in a system to buy. but i would want more info.

You only use about 4-6 oz per pass..so a large container isnt needed. Also..heat is not an issue..container can be close to the exhuast or in the engine compartment.and have no issue with benefit. The shorter the length of lines..the better. This isnt nitrous at 1000 PSI..its a liquid at 100 PSI.

Nono on a holley pump..it has to be a methanol compatible pump..else it will seize and burn up..
