Default Alcohol Injection

Looking for some really fast local turbocharged cars to try my progressive alcohol injection controller on. Must currently be making enough power to only be running race gas and want to seriously switch over to 93 and methanol injection.

Please no 13 second U know whats .. no brand specific, but must be a high boost application. Have access to datalog your cars tuning, and willing to do a little work. I'll put my share into the project.

Currently I specialize in turbo Buick applications... my car should be a testament. 2 years on alcohol and motor has never been opened. I just want to expand the product and my own knowledge.

Post or email me at

Are you open to trying this on a import?Every year they get faster and faster. If it works out for you it might be worth a try. There are other systems out there but there is always room for improvement. I look foward to hearing or seeing how it works

I have no problems trying this on an import. Off course not..horsepower is horsepower..it has no affiliations.. Lot of fast import cars that could really benefit..case in point the DSM's running 30 PSI, Supras, Porsches, Honda's, etc.. The main problem with imports is the under the hood space. Its really tight for mounting anything...ie..the holding tank for the methanol. Possible relocating the battery to the back of the vehicle and using that space for the reservoir.

Force Fed 23 ..you have mail.. would be way cool to do a 2.3 . Sorry I didnt respond earlier, was at the track last nite doing you know what

Ditch the 6 bucks a gallon for 112.. this will curb it as well for 2.50 a gallon for methanol..a gallon will last about a month of torture...

SyTyArchives, there is a guy on the Buick boards TurboSy runs 11.0's on methanol injection. Im the slow poke in the mid 11's..

Would love to do a Syclone with a 63 or bigger turbo and a FAST.

I have heard of hondas using the windshield washer tanks because the pump wont get eatin up by the alchohol. This set up doesnt seem proffesional. I know there is no room. When you get it worked out I would love to see it.I heard a guy at Racerelated is using a set up like this on his ford f-150 putting out 1000Hp.Do you have a rough idea what a set up do the right way would cost?

Pump, controller, 3 bar MAP sensor, nozzles, lines w/fittings, under $400.00. Only item missing is the reservoir. This is the only predicament becuase it should hold at least a gallon. Anything less..you'll be filling very frequently. And it has to be plastic.

The key is the pump. You want to run as much methanol and as little fuel as possible. Little pumps wont provide enough volume to sustain any decent amount of power. They work great on 18 second cars running an extra 2 PSI..

Why off course.. I was there at the one in May, this last one my car had water up to the rims... i'll be there as well..

Main reason I switched over was I hared making the special trip to buy the 116, the had to carry it to the track, else run it in my car and foul the O2 sensor..plus the expense at 6 bucks a gallon..it hurts..

Me I like to my track outings as cheap as possible..race gas would add 20-30 per trip to the track..it adds up quick... Now its down to 15 dollars to get in, and about a dollar in methanol if that much. BMP sells methanol for 2.50 a gallon.

See you there..

Julio
