Sorry, I haven't been able to respond after 5shared_pm because I don't have a computer at my house at the moment. 
Yes, you can bring all of them.
Screw it, still come anyway, the point is to try and meet some people while doing something challenging. You should take your midrange zoom and put it at 35mm and not touch it.
Edit: How about either Monday the 9th, Tuesday the 10th, or Thursday the 12th? Anyone of those afternoons work for you guys?

I'll be in, and out, of the country/state.
AKA, my usual summer trips with my dad! Athens, Rome, and Amsterdam this time! And yeah, I'm gonna HAVE to take advantage of something in Amsterdam while there, because you know, when in Rome...(which is funny because I'll be going there, but the saying is that, well, you get the point...)
But while I'm flying I'll use my prime and shoot with it for just the time being while you guys are meeting up!
