when I first started shooting stuff like this someone on here gave me some good advice for free practice.
Go out to the highway and local roads and just take pics of the cars driving by. since every road will have different speed limits and every driver different speeds. you get a good feel of adjusting your camera for whats going on. and you didnt pay $20 to get into a show to shoots pictures that turned out like crap.
