Which photoshop?
I just aquired Adobe Photoshop 7 and wanted to find out whether it is better or worse than photoshop software everyone else is using (read:CS4)...looking for capabilities, ease of use, performance, etc. mainly for graphics and photo editing. Thanks!

Lightroom is really easy to use for simple adjustments for photos. Photoshop has some many features, its endless lol. Its used more for cloning and major photo adjustments.

Lightroom blows, I don't even know why they made it. It's just a photoshop for idiots that need to be guided along. Sorry to you LR users
I used to have 7.0 for years, and I just upgrade to CS2 probably a year ago. I recommend that because it's the same performance wise and has a few more features here and there. As long as you have a newer computer with the average amount of RAM your good to go. Then again if your a crazy SOB that loads their computer down with music, photos and much needed "bookmarks" than it will run slower. lol
