You know what's annoying? It's manual focus.

I guess it would take a fairly large focus motor to move that many big glass elements.

^ very true. And its not VR! lol (dont think they had VR back when they were making these

VR and AF would probably shoot the price of this thing up another 10k probably...

it was a round about estimate, hence why i put "probably" after kind of leaving it open for more of a price increase with VR and AF

and things you will find: the same stuff that you would as if your drove a couple miles lol
