I would like it cropped (Mainly Just The Car) and it say "Strictly Business" across the top of the windsheild like a banner plz REP WILL BE GIVIN!!!!!

When you're not getting the results you want, there's a good chance that you're doing something wrong. Let's review from the first page of this thread:
I'd say the pic you have is limiting, but it will work. I'd focus more on #2 and #3 if I were you. Good luck.
Sig Rules:
1. Post best quality pics (gives the best turnout) Check!
2. Specify what you want on the sig No.
3. Specify the username u want on the sig. No.
4. Avoid giving pictures where the car takes up the whole scene. That makes it harder to make something out of the picture. No.
5. Avoid hard to see pictures Ex: Dark, Blurry...etc. Check!
6. Make sure the location is somewhat nice. No.
7. Avoid camera phone pictures, or Too small of a picture. We can always resize them if they are too big. Check!
