Fun on the beach? IDK I tried to take a photo of us on my sticks. Didn't come out all that bad, wish I had a silk / reflector but you make due with what you have.

The only thing I suggest is when doing these, and I know it's habit, but putting your hands on her stomach makes it look like a maternity shoot It's natural instinct to put them there, so it's understandable but my eyes are drawn to her stomach.

 

I should have placed the hands on the hips but it was after the fact and to late & I totally agree with you.

 

Your guys critiques are pretty bad ass, didnt even see the photo that way until MGB said it, but now that I see it, thats all I see in the pic.
