Learn how to make a QUALITY refillable spray canister for penetrants, pesticides, air, or paint. The bottom of the can opens up for easy cleaning after each use. Refill with any air compressor or air pump to a MAXIMUM pressure of 50 PSI(7.25 KPA/3.45 BAR). When properly made, and air pressure is kept BELOW the 50 PSI(7.25 KPA/3.45 BAR) maximum, the can is "considered" safe to use.
