Paint question:
The bumpers don't match on older cars because of the paint being on two totally different substrates. I would suggest clay baring the car the buffing it. And the stains you showed pictured of try wet sanding an area with 2000 Grit sandpaper with water and see if it come off. then buff the area again. If you want I can come down and take a look at it and see what i could do for you, if interested shoot me a PM
take the car to a shop and get a "professional" opinion. last time i checked they don't charge for that.
from the pics it looks like your clear coat is damaged or just worn away. waxing, buffing and claying will not help. in this case it will be more of a temporary fix.

heres a professional opinion everyones right claybar+good buff would be the best thing to do for you,if it was mine i would wetsand it but alot of people dont know the proper way to do it those stains should come off when you clay it if they dont the first time keep on tryin
its mold, nissan white is "integrated clear" which is a fancy term for single stage. there is no clear therefore if left unprotected, morning dew and rain will just settle into the paint and eventually mold. you can clay but most likely it wont remove it cause the mold is actually soaked into the pores of the paint. buffing will reduce if not completely remove it, but becareful who does it. a hard buff on old single stage and you will start seeing primer on all your edges. and obvioulsy wetsanding will increase your chances of this happening. do your homework on who you choose to do it and dont be afraid to spend a lil money. guys like Presidential Detail and myself charge the kinda money we do cause true detail is skill and takes time, dont be misled by hacks at a carwash. if you do youll find yourself at a body shop paying them to paint it when you should have just bit the bullet and let someone who knows what they are doing work on your car. good luck and i hope this helps
Dont know--dont try it. Candy is not easy.

when i used to manage detailing departments i used to come across your everyday white car with the same stuff you have on it... i simply just gave it a acid bath then buffed polished it afterwards you would be amazed at how much dirt comes off...
