Do you think Macco or Maco (w.e) does a good job
my car is fadding and for $250 it shouldnt really matter if the paint isnt the best job in the world. but as long it covers up the clear coat cracks and the fading paint does show....right?
btw-if you know anyone that does a good job and is not that expensive....let me know

I got my car painted at Maaco, spend like 6-700 dollars. They fucked it up 5 times in a row before we just took teh car and dealt with it.
The materials of a paintjob alone should cost more than $250. Not to mention how much labor goes into a proper prep-job and paintjob. Its going to look like shit.
There is no 'good job for not expensive' when it comes to paintjobs. Prepping and painting a car is hard, tiresome work. If you don't pay much, its not because they're giving you a deal, its because they aren't spending the time to do that work properly!

if you have worked at a paint and body shop then you'll quickly see that the work isnt as "hard" as amateurs make it seem. Doing this work everyday for years makes it easier for those who do it, and its more about if they CARE about doing the job right, not the amount of money spent on the labor.
although care = more money usually.
my brother is a painter.

you aren't going to see top quality work but if you're just looking for a paintjob that's better than your peeling rustbucket and you're on a budget, this will be fine for you.

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.
i got my car painted at maaco and it came out decent you can chack in members rides to see it. but i would advise you to take off all trim and stuff you don't want painted, the suck at taping but they do good body work and the paint is good as long as you don't go with the ambassador.

A buddy of mine owns a body shop, and hes told me numerous horror stories about Maaco.
Cars that never dry, cars that are brought out of the booth too early and end up with bug flake paint, etc etc.
If you do get a Maaco job, make sure they did that shit right, and make them redo it if they didnt.

Now there's some logic!
