Default Water spots..

How can i get hard water spots off my jag? I tried waxing and it still shows up. Ive tried washing the car and wiping off the water right away and it still is there. I have never used a clay bar which I was looking into. Any advise please?

calybar will definetly do the trick.and its quite easy to do just takes lots of time. get the mothers claybar kit. its good for about 2-3. all youdo is spray the instant detailer and rub the bar. but you cannot drop it once dirt gets in it ...its ruined and could risk scratching your car..now what i started doing was using filtered water from inside the house, since i havea water softner system. but the claybar kit can be found for about 14 bucks. at advanced or walmart wherever..and it will take off any contaminents make it feel like it rolled off the showroom floor no joke.

i agree use the clay bar. i used it on my car , it took hours but it turned out amazing, i went out later that day and had several comments from people who thought my car was repainted. Clay bar is the way to go.

if clay bar doesnt work you can do a simple wetsand and buff using the trizact 3000 grit disc by hand and use water then buff out with 3m perfect it 2 compond and go over that with 3m perfect it machine glaze i use to work for gulfshore collision which was aston martin jaguar of tampas bodyshop and thats how we did it there

After all is said and done. Switch a de-ionized wash system. If you can't afford that, pick up a Mr Clean Auto Dry washer. Same thing, just a bit more easier on the pocket.

This would be the best way to do it. I use the same procedure when i wet sand and buff. The 3000 grit disk can be used on a soft DA pad also with water for a quicker turnout.
