Interior chassis wiring problem. Please help

I'm moving on from a dohc hatch to a sohc coupe. Interior chassis harnesses are apparently different. I either need to re-pin the interior sohc chassis harness to accept the dohc upper engine harness, (brown plug vs white plug by ecu) or I need to know how to re-wire the tail plugs, (brake, turn & running lights). Every bit of info and leads would be highly appreciated
